• Set up workstation with all ingredients and equipment
• Prepare and cook ingredients (chopping peeling boiling grilling etc.)
• Follow mise en place checklist under the section leaders supervision
• Assist in basic food preparation ensuring consistency and taste
• Rotate through various kitchen sections to develop broad culinary skills
