Chef de Partie: Multicuisine Hot Kitchen Specialist

KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is seeking a Chef de Partie for its Dubai location. In this role, you will manage a hot kitchen section, ensuring food safety and quality while preparing a variety of dishes including Turkish, Arabic, and North Indian cuisines.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably with a culinary diploma and food safety certification. You will be responsible for training junior staff and maintaining high standards of hygiene and teamwork.
