You've trained properly, worked big kitchens, and earned your CDP stripes. Now you want a role where your hands are in the food and your mind is in the recipe — not just executing someone else's vision.

Jaipur Modern is a heritage all-day kitchen in C-Scheme, Jaipur — featured in Condé Nast Traveller, known for design-led hospitality and food with a strong point of view. We're looking for a chef who can own our in-house speciality production, drive recipe development across bakery and savoury, and grow into the creative engine of our kitchen.

What you'll own

• Seasonal menu development — researching, testing, and proposing new dishes each season, rooted in Rajasthan's produce calendar and JM's food identity
• Recipe development across savoury and bakery — dips, spreads, crackers, breads, and retail-ready speciality items
