Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu and customer expectations Assist with menu planning and seasonal menu development Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen work areas Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations Supervise and assist kitchen staff where required Manage food storage and minimise wastage Work collaboratively with management and front-of-house staff
