Gjøa Sjømat is a vibrant concept in the heart of Rosendal, offering à la carte dining, catering, and canteen services. Our menu is rooted in local ingredients with a strong emphasis on seafood. We also serve sushi, but you will not be responsible for making sushi, as we have a separate sushi team.
