Are you a talented and experienced Chef looking for a new challenge in So Paulo? Look no further. We are currently seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and create delicious dishes for our guests. As the Head Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations including menu creation, food preparation, and inventory management. You will also manage a team of cooks and ensure that all dishes consistently meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Oversee food preparation ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our standards
• Train and manage kitchen staff including scheduling and performance evaluations
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
