Overview
Chemical Engineer - Firefighting ABC POWDER
Outstanding possibility to work with a leading manufacturing business based in UAE.
Responsibilities
- Develop firefighting foam concentrate—Synthetic (fluorine-free), fluorinated foam and protein-based foam concentrate.
- Conduct lab tests to identify the structure of items according to national, global and ISO quality requirements.
- Prepare MSDS and the technical datasheet for foam concentrates.
- Identify new approaches to producing chemicals and develop the production process.
- Determine pH, viscosity, sediment, expansion ratio, and drainage time of foam concentrates.
- Ensure compliance with testing requirements (UL 162, UL 139, EN 1568, ICAO foam concentrate screening) and ISO 17025.
- Assess compatibility of foam concentrates.
