Job Description

Job Tasks and Business Decision 
 Supervises manufacturing activities on assigned shifts. Responsibilities include assigning tasks to Chemical Operators, monitoring production processes and ensuring safe and efficient production output. Ensures shift maintains an orderly, clean and safe working area. The Foreman is a working supervisor and in addition to supervisory responsibilities they perform the same or similar tasks assigned to Chemical Operators.
Conducts safe operation of all plant equipment including (but not limited to ) forklifts, mixing tanks, reactors, pumps, homogenizers, vacuum pumps, milling equipment, etc.
Manufactures product using BOM’s, Batch sheets and SOP’s, paying strict attention to safety directives, process and quality instructions and charge quantities as indicated
Records the process parameters on BOM’s, batch & process sheets, monitors/controls batch reactions, reactor parameters and tanks levels using DCS/Panel Boards/meters/indic...
