Chemicals Buyer (fixed-term contract)

Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey! We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Chemicals Buyer (6-month contract).

Responsibilities

• Contact suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, availability, and delivery schedules; evaluate quotes and recommend awards.
• Develop and process purchase orders, including revisions, under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager.
• Review incoming requisitions for accuracy; resolve discrepancies related to prices, delivery, and quality.
• Monitor supplier compliance with contract cost, quality, and schedule requirements, and follow up on open POs to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure trade compliance and smooth import/export processes.
• Prepare regular reports and present updates to management and customers in a timely manner.
