The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Chemist I to join Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.
The position will be based in Falconbridge, Greater Sudbury, Ontario.
This is a full-time, permanent, unionized position.
Work location is not accessible by public transportation.

Duties and Accountabilities
The Chemist I prepares samples, sets‑up equipment, calibrates methods and operates analytical instruments and apparatus that supply vital process control data for Smelter and Mill Operations and Metal Balances. The Chemist I’s reported results directly affect Smelter Electric Furnace flux additions and the safe Electric Furnace block changes.
