Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Research Support: Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing both quantitative and qualitative research with specialized populations in the social service sector.
- Data Management: Set up and manage datasets of varying complexities (e.g., client-centric, time-series data), ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to facilitate data collection, building strong communication and client engagement skills.
- Data Analysis: Process and analyze data using tools such as Excel, R, SPSS, and other relevant software.
- Reporting & Presentation: Communicate research findings through data visualization and presentations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work independently while collaborating effectively within a project team, contributing to research updates and the smooth implementation of research projects.
