The **Chevrolet Assistant Manager, Field Performance** is a 7th level individual contributor role responsible for improving Chevrolet sales performance and customer outcomes through dealer performance program strategy, sales effectiveness initiatives, and practical application of AI-enabled process improvements. This role will report to the Chevrolet Sales Effectiveness and Customer Experience Manager.
This position applies deep professional knowledge, independent judgment, and broad cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver measurable business results across Chevrolet Sales Operations, field teams, and dealer-facing workstreams.
