Chief Business Officer
We are looking for a Chief Business Officer for our clients based in Dubai, United Arab : Insurance Broking/Brokerage.Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Direct Reports: Country Heads, Cluster Heads and Principal Officers.
Objectives- Meeting monthly sales expectations.
- Creating, communicating & implementing the organization’s vision, mission and overall direction.
- Leading the development & implementation of the overall organization’s strategy.
- Soliciting advice and guidance when appropriate from the Board of Directors.
