Chief Compliance Assurance & Risk Leader

Bank of Sharjah is looking for a Head of Compliance Assurance to establish and lead the Compliance Assurance function. The role encompasses providing assurance over compliance with CBUAE regulations, conducting end-to-end assurance reviews, and developing a robust Compliance Assurance Framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance risk management, with a minimum of 12-15 years’ experience in the banking sector and at least 5 years in a senior management role.
