The Chief Corporate Officer (CCO) is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the Group’s corporate, legal, governance, and transaction-related functions across Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. The role plays a critical part in mergers & acquisitions, investments, capital raising, corporate governance, and group-level legal and secretarial matters, working closely with the Group CEO, Board, shareholders, Country Leads, and external advisors.
This position acts as a key strategic partner to the Group CEO, supporting growth through acquisitions, investments, and expansion into new markets while ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Mergers & Acquisitions & Investments
- Lead the Group’s M&A and investment activities for Malaysia and Singapore, with review and oversight responsibility for transactions in Australia.
