Chief Customer Success Leader

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead post-sales excellence for a fast-growing fintech/software business in Dubai. You will manage a team of Customer Success Managers and ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platform.

The role involves owning the end-to-end post-sales journey, monitoring customer metrics, coaching the team, and driving cross-functional collaboration. A minimum of 8 years in Customer Success and proven leadership experience is required.
