Job Overview
The position is accountable for planning, organizing and overseeing the daily operation of the department, energy management, prepare & controlling the budget, dealing with contractors regarding quotations, contracts for repair & maintenance, A&A work, renovation works, handling license application and arrangements for all M & E and building repair works and etc.

- Be responsible for preparation and controlling of departmental budgets.
- Manage a team of duty engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
