Chief Financial Officer (Bursa Listed Construction Company)

Responsibilities

To Head the Finance Dept (6 pax); to reduce numbers of days needed for closing.

To handle closing of accounts with the team and review post listing reporting.

To handle pre-IPO listing accounts (with Corporate Finance IPO Consultant).

To handle pre and post listing Investor Relation Matters.

To handle ESG and Sustainability Reports.

To handle Internal Auditors and Corporate Legal Contracts (Construction Industry Contracts).

Requirements

Professional accounting qualification and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably as a Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller.

Proven experience in IPO exercises and listed company reporting requirements.

Strong knowledge of Investor Relations, ESG reporting, and corporate governance practices.
