CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s overall finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, and cash flow management.
• Oversee timely and accurate quarterly and annual reporting in compliance with Bursa Malaysia, MFRS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion, project evaluation, and capital allocation decisions.
• Manage investor relations, including engagement with shareholders, analysts, and regulatory bodies.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance practices.
• Partner with business units to enhance project profitability, cost efficiency, and financial discipline.
