- 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in similar roles.
- Fluent English required; previous experience in a Big Four firm is a plus.
Financial Leadership & Accounting Ownership
- Hold full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the company's financial statements.
- Closely supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and period-end closings.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards, statutory requirements, internal policies, and external reporting obligations.
- Act as the primary reference for complex accounting matters, judgments, and reconciliations.
