1. Financial Strategy & Growth

Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Partner with leadership on pricing, margins, and profitability across product lines.

2. Capital Management & Fundraising
Drive equity and debt fundraising initiatives, including structured finance and project financing.
Build and manage relationships with investors, banks, PE funds, and financial institutions.
Optimize capital structure, cost of funds, and liquidity.
Ensure strong cash flow and working capital discipline.
3. Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure accurate financial reporting as per IND-AS / IFRS and regulatory requirements.
