About the Company
Croske Life Hospitality Management Sdn Bhd is a hotel management company with an active growth mandate to acquire and expand hotel assets under its management and strategic control. The Company is currently pursuing the balance RM60 million acquisition of a 4‑star hotel it currently manages, with strong occupancy performance, an established operating history of approximately 3 years, and an independent valuation of approximately RM120 million. The Company is also developing a 4‑star business hotel in Klang Valley, and a 4‑star tourism hotel in Penang island, with GDV about RM300 million.
