Chief Growth & Commercial Officer

HugoBank is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to drive the commercial strategy and revenue growth of Pakistan’s next-generation digital bank. The CCO will oversee customer acquisition, merchant business, and strategic partnerships, aiming to build HugoBank into a leading digital banking ecosystem.

This role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in digital banking with at least 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will effectively manage commercial P&L and drive sustainable growth across various business segments.
