Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Certified Forensic Accountant preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent graduate degree is an advantage
- At least two (2) years of regular audit experience in a Universal Bank, Commercial Bank, Thrift Bank, Rural Bank, Cooperative Bank, Quasi-Bank, or NSSLA
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Proven integrity, sound judgment, and high ethical standards
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit-related systems or software
