Summary The incumbent reports to the HSA Director and is a member of the HSA senior leadership team. The incumbent provides guidance and direction to Medical Center Chief Nurse Executives. Selected candidate must reside within HSA 43 - Legacy VISN 17 This is a Temporary Promotion/Detail Not to Exceed One Year, it may be terminated at any time. It may be extended or converted to permanent without further competition. Responsibilities The incumbent functions as a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). He/She makes recommendations regarding the development of goals, objectives and policies involving quality issues and nursing practice Executive Leadership Team issues for the Network. In addition, he/she will work with the Office of Nursing Services on all nursing related issues.
