Chief of Quality and Independent Monitoring Function

Overview

The Head of Quality & Independent System Monitoring (ISM) ensures that the design organization’s compliance with legislation, internal procedures, and DOH requirements is continuously monitored and evaluated. This role is independent of design and airworthiness functions and reports directly to the Head of Design Organisation, providing unbiased oversight of compliance performance. The position involves a holistic approach to independently ensure compliance, deploy audit plans, demonstrate compliance, and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure the Design Organization Approval (DOA) is obtained and maintained at LODD.
