The Chief Of Staff Role will serve as the control tower across all workflows driving execution enforcing discipline and ensuring alignment between OKRs and delivery processes.
Your tasks will include:- Lead recurring cross-product reviews (5 product lines) to track velocity identify blockers and maintain delivery quality.
- Implement and maintain sprint burndown analytics capacity plans and delivery dashboards to create transparency and consistency.
