Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading and managing the operational aspects of the Firm. The COO works closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement strategies, policies, and initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
The COO will support the CEO to drive extensive and sustainable growth including considering acquisitions, creating new offices or practice groups, and expanding to new locations. The COO plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, strategic execution and delivery of key projects, and the achievement of business goals.
As a member of the management board, the COO will work with the CEO in setting the pace and direction across the firm, contributing through the provision of strategic advice, decision support, and providing direction on projects.
