We are looking for a highly capable Chief Operating Officer / Head of Operations to serve as the founder’s #2 and right hand in running the business.
This is a critical leadership role for someone who can manage teams, create structure, set and track KPIs, improve reporting systems, and help turn the founder’s ideas into clear, organized execution.
