POSITION OVERVIEW The Chief Operating Officer will lead the operational execution of the company and oversee the systems, people, and processes required to deliver complex construction projects.

The COO will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full conformance with plans and specifications.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Preconstruction planning and constructability review Project budgeting and cost control systems Construction scheduling and sequencing Subcontractor procurement and contract management Field execution and quality control Safety programs and regulatory compliance Project reporting and operational metrics As the company grows the COO will develop and oversee a team including:
