Job Description
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this role provides executive leadership for service quality, patient safety, operational performance, and financial delivery. The COO will be accountable not only for operational grip and performance recovery, but also for the success of the transformation programme that will underpin Sirona's future.
Sirona is a large organisation, with a complex business model and a very diverse set of stakeholders, including regulators, commissioners and system partners. So it's vital that you understand how community health works, and are able to provide strong, credible and visible corporate leadership to both internal and external audiences.
