Chief People Officer (CPO)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic Chief People Officer (CPO) to oversee the company’s entire people and culture function. Candidates must have extensive leadership experience within the technology, IT, or BPO sector and must have served as the highest-ranking HR executive.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold or previously held the highest HR position in an organization
- Strong industry experience in IT, BPO, technology, or shared services
- Extensive experience in executive HR leadership and strategic planning
- Proven track record in leading large and complex organizations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
