Qualifications & Skills

• Qualification at NQF level 6 in Human Management, Public Management, Public Administration, or Business Management.
• Introduction to PERSAL and Excel (additive).
• Two (2) years functional experience in Human Resource Management (Employment Equity, Human Resource Policies, PERSAL establishment).

• Knowledge of Public Service Regulations and relevant prescripts, Batho Pele Principles, Employment Equity Act and related legislation, HR policies and procedures, data analysis and reporting techniques, meeting and event coordination practices, policy development process.
