Enso Coliving is redefining how people live in cities. We are one of the fastest-growing premium coliving operators in Southern Europe, operating 700+ rooms in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Lisbon, with a clear ambition to expand to 40 cities. Our end-to-end tech platform—booking engine, coliver web app, PMS and owner portal—is at the heart of our differentiation. We are looking for the person to lead it.

What you’ll do

• Lead the strategy and roadmap of the entire Enso platform.
• Design in Figma: flows, wireframes, prototypes and design system.
• Make data‑driven decisions using metrics, A/B experiments and dashboards in PostHog.
• Coordinate product with Tech, Sales, Community and Finance.
• Start as a one‑man show and build your team as Enso grows.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in digital product at a startup or scale‑up.
