Chief Sales & Conduct Risk Officer

UOB is seeking a FVP, Head of Sales and Conduct Risk for the Affluent Client Group. The role involves establishing conduct risk governance and overseeing conduct monitoring programmes to enhance business quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in conduct risk and compliance. They will lead initiatives to ensure a positive risk culture and effective risk management across the organization.
