Social Worker - Family Support Services Case Manager.

Kogan People Solutions are delighted to be working with a local government powerhouse in Melbourne’s southeast, who wish to appoint a qualified skilled and experienced Family Support Services Case Manager.

The newly appointed Family Support Services Case Manager will provide high-quality, confidential, and culturally sensitive case management and crisis assessment to vulnerable families, children, and young people referred via coordinated family intake/triage hubs. The full time role focuses on child safety, wellbeing, stability, and delivering evidence-based parenting and child group programs within a multi-disciplinary framework.

Location – Dandenong Vic

Salary – Offered in the range $95k to $105k plus superannuation, per annum
