This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly, enthusiastic team of children’s community nurses who care for sick children within their own home.

Following the discharge of children from hospital the team enables facilitation of a seamless service to the home setting whilst preventing unnecessary readmission.

We are looking for a person with excellent clinical skills and diverse experience at Band 5 either in acute paediatrics or acute community setting who will provide a high standard of evidence based nursing care.
