CHINESE CUISINE CHEF MADRID

Newrest is recruiting a chef for its catering operations in Madrid, specializing in Chinese cuisine.

It is essential to have experience in Chinese cuisine and speak Chinese (in addition to Spanish).

MISSIONS:

• Prepare, dress, and present dishes in a skilled, independent, and responsible manner using the most appropriate techniques.
• Assist in ordering and preserving raw materials and products used in the kitchen.
• Prepare, cook, and present culinary products.
• Assist in the set-up and take-down of the service.
• Review and control kitchen materials and report any related issues.
• Assist in menu planning.
• Assist in cost and inventory management, as well as in purchasing.
• Monitor and ensure the preservation and utilization of the products made available.
• Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in cooking, hospitality, or similar.
