Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydropower, or similar.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
- 5+ years of experience in hydropower or dam projects.
- 2+ years of technical interpretation (Chinese–English).
- Familiarity with engineering project documentation standards.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal).
- Understanding of engineering drawings and specs.
