Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Chinese Language to Secondary students (Cambridge IGCSE / Lower Secondary levels)
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge curriculum standards
- Develop lesson materials, assessments, and learning resources
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support
- Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Mandarin
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school events
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language, Education, or related field
- Teaching qualification (e.g. PGDE / equivalent preferred)
- Experience teaching Chinese at Secondary level (Cambridge curriculum experience is an advantage)
