Job Description
1. 在厨师长及资深厨师指导下，参与食材初加工、切配、摆盘、基础烹饪等厨房日常操作；
2. 协助完成餐前准备、餐具清洁、区域整理及后厨卫生维护工作；
3. 学习并遵守食品安全规范、操作流程及厨房安全管理制度；
4. 配合团队完成高峰时段备餐与出餐支持，逐步提升实操熟练度与协作能力。
1. 中专及以上学历，烹饪工艺与营养、食品科学与工程、餐饮服务管理等相关专业优先；
2. 对餐饮行业有热情，具备基本刀工、火候感知及卫生意识，无经验者可接受系统带教；
3. 身体健康，能适应站立作业及早晚班轮值，具备良好的沟通理解力与团队协作精神；
4. 持有有效健康证明，入职前可配合办理相关从业资质手续。
