我们正在为一所广州的学校招聘初中英语老师，到岗时间为2026年8月。
岗位职责：
1. 执行学校分配的教学任务，负责初中阶段IGCSE英语课程教学，高质量完成备课、授课、作业批改及学业评价工作；
2. 根据教学要求及课程特色制定和优化教学计划，积极参与英语教研组活动，研究教材与中考趋势，提高教学质量；
3. 创设丰富多样的语言情境，鼓励学生大胆开口，全面提升学生的英语综合运用能力；
4. 精准把握学情，科学布置、批改学科作业，有效组织单元测验、期中及期末考试，开展分层指导与个性化教学，确保不同层次学生获得充分发展，并及时向教学组反馈有关问题；
5. 配合学校开展行政事务、学生纪律、事故防范等管理工作，完成教学组布置的其它工作事项。
