Recruitment (60%):
Develop and implement recruitment plan.Collaborate with Agency Sales Heads to set and achieve recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs).Establish relationship, understand agency compensation and selling points to recruit elite and quality talents in the market. Track recruitment activities and results to ensure alignment with agency strategy.Activities (40%): with the focus on organic leader growth
