Job Summary We are looking for an experienced C&I Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth in the Commercial & Industrial energy sector in South Africa. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in C&I solar / energy sales and a strong network within EPCs, installers, developers, and key commercial clients. Candidates with purely residential sales backgrounds will not be considered. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies for C&I market expansion • Identify and develop new business opportunities with EPCs, project developers, distributors, and end-users • Build and maintain strong client relationships in the C&I sector • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage commercial negotiations • Work closely with technical and aftersales teams to ensure suitable solutions for clients • Monitor market trends, competitor activitie...
