Cincinnati Office Director

SWCA is looking for an experienced Cincinnati Office Director to launch, lead, and grow our Cincinnati, Ohio office. This is a high visibility leadership opportunity for someone who is energized by building teams, expanding client relationships, and shaping a new office culture.

The Office Director will provide strategic, operational, and people leadership for a multidisciplinary team of natural and cultural resource professionals, with responsibility for business growth, financial performance, staff development, technical quality, client satisfaction, and alignment with SWCA's values.

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position, reporting to the Senior Office Director. The role will initially be remote until office space is established.
