Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive intern to join our CIO’s office. Working closely with the Chief Information Officer, the intern will be involved in meetings on key cross-functional projects and contribute to high-level presentations and reports. The person will also support the organization and coordination of meetings and agendas.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in project meetings and contributing to planning and follow-up activities

  • Preparation of strategic, tactical, executive documentation (mainly Power Point and Excel)

  • Supporting the CIO in the designing and developing of the Global IT Strategy

  • Supporting all projects directly managed by the CIO

  • Support in the organization of meeting

    • Requirements

  • Degree

  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (both written and spoken)

  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
