Citizen UX Researcher & Service Designer

Xtremax is seeking a UX Researcher and Service Designer to improve citizen service journeys through user research and design thinking. This role focuses on generating insights, mapping user experiences, and collaborating with various teams.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience, particularly in public sector projects. Responsibilities include applying design principles, defining KPIs, and ensuring product usability.

Experience with tools like Figma and knowledge of agile environments is a must.
