A well-established and growing civil engineering firm in South Jersey is seeking a Civil Department Manager to lead its land development team. This is a key leadership role for someone ready to drive projects, mentor staff, and play a major part in the firm’s continued growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and designers focused on land development projects

  • Oversee project execution including site design, grading, drainage, and permitting

  • Serve as the main point of contact for municipal clients and regulatory agencies

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local codes
