Civil Designer Position

A globally active multidisciplinary engineering firm that offers solutions for the mineral processing & water sectors has a vacancy for a Civil Designer based in Gauteng. Relevant N6 or Engineering qualification from an accredited institution is required.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years experience as a Designer in metallurgical/Industrial plant design. Proficiency in Auto CAD/Civil 3 D/Revit. Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is essential. The position is based in Sandton, Gauteng.

Duties & Responsibilities Generate BOM components and scope of work documents. Produce detailed drawings from set out as per drawing office standards. Produce as-built drawings. Produce material take-off/Bill of Quantities. Understand and apply relevant industry standards. Attend site visits.
