Summary This position is located within the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, in Three Rivers, California. This position serves as an experienced engineer providing civil engineering expertise for a variety of complex projects and activities Open to the first 100 applicants or until 07/07/2026 whichever comes first. Responsibilities The major duties of the Civil Engineer include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for executing design and construction projects to support park needs. Act as subject matter expert on behalf of the park in project related matters. Serve as COR and represent contracting officer in technical contractual matters.
